Even if the first contacts are successful, an understanding of the other’s values takes time. Each country has its own particular cultural references, mentality, and a certain idea concerning management. These are adaptable to a certain point but non-negotiable.
Communication between the different actors is essential in order not to fall into a negative spiral with no easy way out.

- Where are the internal conflicts and changing restraints hidden? Is it really a cultural problem or are the causes elsewhere?
- Are the tasks and challenges split, accepted and picked up by all the team?

During the interviews and workshops, we will tackle and try to settle the issues. Problems will be dealt with objectively and solutions will be resolved through action plans guarantying long term resolutions.
